Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your linens, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unused items. Please note that personalized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
- 2.Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
- 3.Pack Your Towels
Place your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
